We just returned from our 3rd Vela Nomada charter - this year 2 weeks Palamos - Menorca - Mallorca.
As repeat customers we already knew what to expect. The boats are immaculately prepared and maintained - with all the equipment you need for easy cruising. We always take the outboard, paddle board and spinnaker options - the latter is essential if you intend to 'go easy' on the motor on the Balearic crossings with a schedule to meet.
Quim is very 'hands on' with his fleet, friendly and accessible - goes the 'extra mile' without question. You're definitely not dealing with a faceless corporation, nor a one boat operator on a charter website.
Very easy to give Vela Nomada 5 stars and thank Quim and his team for facilitating our changing dates and options in the run-up.
We are looking forward to next year.

We rented a catamaran as a family and even though the weather was not very kind, Quim gave us all the facilities to make the experience fantastic.
The boat is very well equipped and with up-to-date maintenance. In addition, I have been renting sailboats for a long time and I have never been given such a clean and polished boat anywhere in the world.

We sailed a week on Comanegra in the Costa Brava: beautiful sailing area, many nice bays to anchor or moor to a buoy (can be busy in the summer). Comanegra is from 2016 but well maintained and fully equipped (eg snorkeling gear, handheld marine radio etc), but especially very clean! Owner is very friendly and professional. We had a wonderful week and can certainly recommend this company.
We spent 4 days on board the Tornafort and it was an excellent experience. Great professionals and good people.
We found the boat (Lucia 40) very tidy, prepared and equipped for our rental. Very professional and pleasant welcome from Joaquim, with whom we will rent again without hesitation!
Sun Odyssey 440 - Tavascán in April 2024. Good boat. Good behavior and very comfortable in every way. Good instrumentation with the Raymarine plotter and the electric winch is great. Perfect state of conservation.
A great weekend with Comanegra, a good boat in perfect condition, super careful, super equipped and very seaworthy and safe. Owner's cabin en suite, a luxury. Highly recommended Vela Nomada and the area. Quim very professional, everything perfect.

This is a very professionell boat charter. I can totaly recommend this. The boats are in very good conditions, very clean and very well equiped. You will find everything you need on the boat. We didn't find any damages or defects on the yacht during our trip. Dogs are welcome. Joakim speaks english and we always had a very good communication with him. If you treat the boat well, like you should, you will have no issues with the deposit. The overhanding of the boat was efficient and professionell. Thanks a lot for this great trip, we will come back
